In the winter of 2016, a 23-year-old woman named Victoria Loftis was tragically killed in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Her life was cut short on November 29, 2016, a victim of senseless gun violence that claimed the lives of two others in a brutal crime spree. Victoria's death, along with that of 33-year-old Jacqueline Cline, was the grim culmination of a series of violent acts carried out by two men, Richard Spanks and Haywood Miller.
