In the late hours of a Sunday evening in Las Vegas, a dispute turned deadly, claiming the life of 20-year-old Marcell Portier Titus. On November 15, 2015, in the 4500 block of Bonita Vista Street, near Peace Way, an argument between Titus, a Black male, and another man escalated into a physical fight. Tragically, the altercation took a fatal turn when a third individual fired multiple gunshots, striking Titus.
