On November 1, 2018, a tragic incident unfolded in a quiet southwest neighborhood of Las Vegas, near the intersection of Jones and Russell, resulting in the death of 24-year-old Daniel Brown. The events leading to Brown's death were precipitated by a dispute over a stolen cellphone.
