Lonnie Harris Jr., a 52-year-old man, was shot and killed in Denver, Colorado on June 28, 2017. The incident occurred in the early morning, around 3:00 to 3:15 a.m., outside his home in the 9200 block of East Nassau Avenue, near Interstate 225 and Yosemite. Harris was returning from his job as a communications engineer at Comcast when he was fatally shot. He was walking along the side of the townhouses after parking his black Mercedes when the shooting happened.
