In the cold winter night of February 10, 2021, the life of Shumma Woldu Agar, a 34-year-old Black man, was tragically cut short on the streets of Denver, Colorado. The fatal encounter unfolded in the East Colfax neighborhood, near the intersection of East 17th Avenue and Uinta Street.
