On January 15, 1983, a tragic incident occurred in central Denver, Colorado, resulting in the death of 24-year-old Russell Clark. Russell and his wife, who had been married for just a few months, were at their residence when a noise was heard at the door late in the evening. Due to the late hour, Russell answered the door, where he was confronted by an unknown male.
