In the crisp autumn air of a Denver evening, a verbal dispute shattered the calm and irrevocably altered lives. On November 6, 2017, 42-year-old Christopher Moody was fatally shot in the chest while seated in his car in the 2100 block of North Olive Street. Despite his grave injury, Moody managed to drive away from the scene, his car coming to a rest about a block away after striking an unoccupied parked vehicle.
