Patrick Ralph Sanford, a 51-year-old White male, was shot and killed on the morning of June 17, 2021, in Hillsboro, Oregon. The incident occurred at an apartment complex located at 2065 SE 44th Ave. Sanford, the owner of Titan Towing, was at the property with another operator to move vehicles from the parking lot to the street.
