On April 2, 1995, 29-year-old Francisco “Pancho” Neri was found murdered in his vehicle on the 1700 block of SE Tualatin Valley Highway in Hillsboro, Oregon. Neri was seated in his pickup truck when he was shot, and despite early investigative efforts, no clear motive for the crime was identified.
