Jeffrey Luke Dale, a 28-year-old man, tragically lost his life on May 30, 2014, in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, Dale was shot and killed in the 1700 block of North Las Palmas Avenue.
