Anthony Carlos, a 22-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on August 27, 2015, near La Calandria Drive and Lombardy Boulevard in El Sereno, Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, the incident occurred shortly before 3 p.m. while Carlos was in a white pickup truck stopped at an intersection.
