Raymond Davila, a 42-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on February 12, 2017, near South Central and Gladys avenues in downtown Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, the incident occurred around 3:17 a.m. when police were called to the scene after reports of a man with gunshot wounds.
