Thomas John Kummer, professionally known as Jay Sebring, was a renowned celebrity hairstylist who tragically lost his life on August 9, 1969, in Los Angeles, California. Sebring, along with actress Sharon Tate, Wojciech Frykowski, and Abigail Folger, was brutally murdered by members of the Manson Family at the home of film director Roman Polanski. The Manson Family, led by Charles Manson, was a cult that believed in an impending apocalyptic race war, which Manson referred to as "Helter Skelter." ...
