Puncho Eteuati, a 34-year-old resident of Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on August 30, 2009. Eteuati was shot in Wilmington, a neighborhood in Los Angeles, as he stood on the sidewalk in the 1300 block of Ronan Avenue, conversing with his relatives. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. after he had taken family members home from a church service at the First Samoan Full Gospel Pentecostal Church, founded by his father.
