Omar Rene Rascon, an 18-year-old Latino, tragically lost his life on April 15, 2007, in Los Angeles, California. The incident occurred at a party on Oceanside Street in Wilmington. An argument broke out outside the party, escalating into a violent confrontation that resulted in gunfire.
