Marquis Lamar Thomas, a 22-year-old man from Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on October 29, 2016. According to reports, Thomas was walking southbound on South Broadway towards a relative's home when he was approached by an unknown assailant who shot him. The incident occurred in the Broadway-Manchester neighborhood. Despite being rushed to the hospital, Thomas succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at 12:38 p.m. on October 30, 2016.
