Ryan Lyle Black, a 27-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed on April 3, 2014, in the Chesterfield Square neighborhood of Los Angeles. The incident occurred around 8:05 a.m. when Black was standing in the walkway of a motel located in the 5500 block of South Western Avenue.
