Daniel Felipe Delgado, a 19-year-old Latino, tragically lost his life on July 5, 2020, in Wilmington, Los Angeles. The incident occurred around 1:45 a.m. when Delgado was driving a burgundy Honda Accord on East Pacific Coast Highway and made a left turn onto Drumm Avenue.
