Todd Russell Amos, a 29-year-old White/Caucasian man from Clarksburg, West Virginia, was killed during a quadruple shooting in the early morning hours of July 26, 2013. The violence unfolded at a residence on Locust Avenue, where Amos was with Christopher Hart when Sidney Arthur Muller arrived. Authorities would later describe the confrontation as stemming from drug activity and an attempt by Muller to collect a substantial unpaid debt.
