Robert Lee Kozul Sr., an 89-year-old White/Caucasian man, was a longtime Fairmont, West Virginia, resident and Army veteran whose death at the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center in Clarksburg eventually became part of a federal serial-murder investigation.
