In the winter of 2018, the life of 89-year-old Robert Lee Kozul Sr., a male Army veteran from Fairmont, West Virginia, came to a sudden and tragic end. He passed away in January at the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center in Clarksburg. Initially, his death may not have seemed out of the ordinary for a man of his age, but it would later be revealed as part of a disturbing pattern of events at the medical facility.
