On April 16, 1968, the Arellano family, consisting of Juan Arellano , Monica Lopez Arellano , Rosa Arellano , Eduardo Arellano , Leticia Arellano , and Manuel Arellano Jr. , were traveling from Mexico to San Angelo, Texas, to visit family.
