In the small community of Macarthur, West Virginia, a life was tragically cut short on March 14, 2016. Christopher Kelley, an 18-year-old Caucasian male, died from a gunshot wound in what was reported by authorities as an accidental shooting. At the time of the incident, Kelley was a resident of Epperly, West Virginia, and had graduated from Independence High School in 2015.
