Emmanuel A. Osei, a 25-year-old Black male, tragically died on February 29, 2016, in Columbus, Ohio. He was found lying in the parking lot of a Chase Bank on South Hamilton Road around 11:59 PM. When the Columbus Police Department officers arrived at the scene, they discovered that Osei had suffered a critical gunshot wound.
