Jaleel A. Carter-Tate, a 25-year-old Black male from Columbus, Ohio, tragically lost his life on September 29, 2020. He was fatally shot in front of 815 E. Whittier Street at approximately 9:45 PM. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Carter-Tate suffering from a gunshot wound and pronounced him deceased at the scene.
