Timothy Jett, a 55-year-old Caucasian male, was fatally shot on February 7, 2017, inside a residence on Garrison Avenue in Charleston, West Virginia. He died at the scene from his injuries. A second victim, Audrey Short, 38, was also shot during the same incident and was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.
