On March 31, 2020, 20-year-old Houston Andrew Cook of Huntington, West Virginia, was fatally shot. The incident occurred in the afternoon, and Cook succumbed to his injuries at Cabell Huntington Hospital.
Prior to his death, Cook had been involved in the local community of Guyandotte, where he was remembered fondly by friends and family.
