In the autumn of 2015, the life of 18-year-old Isaiah Martin was tragically cut short in Savannah, Georgia. On the evening of Thursday, October 22, 2015, Martin was a victim of gun violence in what was later described as a triple homicide in the Carver Village neighborhood. Two other teenagers, 19-year-old Alexis Kitchens and 18-year-old Kiana Marshall, also lost their lives in the incident. Martin was a resident of Savannah and had attended the public schools of Chatham County.
