Rahmel Maurice Lundy, a 33-year-old man from Huntington, West Virginia, was fatally shot after an encounter inside an apartment in the 500 block of Seventh Avenue. The shooting was reported shortly before 7:30 p.m. on March 20, 2025. Huntington police responding to the apartment found Lundy wounded, and emergency personnel transported him to a local hospital in serious condition. Police announced the following day that the victim had died, making the shooting Huntington's first homicide of 2025. ...
