David Garland Elder, aged 52, passed away on March 7, 2019, at his residence in the Lesage area of Huntington, West Virginia. He was the proprietor of Elder's Flooring Service, a business he successfully operated for three decades. David was known for his dedication to his work and the strong bonds he formed with his clients and community.
