On a Tuesday evening in Huntington, West Virginia, the life of Kendall Orlando Williams, a 37-year-old Black / African American male, was tragically cut short. On June 8, 2021, authorities were called to the 2700 block of Highlawn Avenue, where Williams was discovered deceased around 10:45 p.m. from what was determined to be a shooting. His death was ruled a homicide, prompting an investigation by the Huntington Police Department.
