In the summer of 2014, the life of Eugene Scott Walmsley, a 33-year-old White/Caucasian male, was tragically cut short in Huntington, West Virginia. On the evening of June 23rd, an argument escalated to a fatal confrontation, resulting in Walmsley being shot in the face. The incident occurred outside a residence on 8th Avenue in the city.
