On October 13, 2017, Dominique Deandre Brown, a 28-year-old man from Detroit, Michigan, was found dead in Huntington, West Virginia. The incident occurred when Huntington police received a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 2800 block of Hite Avenue. Upon investigation, police discovered Brown shot to death inside his vehicle.
