In the autumn of 2021, the life of Peyton Nicholas Simpson, a 25-year-old male, was cut short in Huntington, West Virginia. On the afternoon of Monday, October 25, 2021, a fatal shooting occurred at a residence located in the 3000 block of 5th Avenue. When officers from the Huntington Police Department arrived at the scene, they discovered Simpson's body.
