On November 4, 2022, Joseph Lee Bryan, a 28-year-old resident of Huntington, West Virginia, lost his life in a tragic incident. Bryan was an employee at D.P. Dough, a local restaurant, and his death was a result of being hit by a stray bullet.

The incident occurred when Bryan was caught in the crossfire of a shooting that was not directly aimed at him. He was hospitalized immediately after the shooting but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries. The circumstances surrounding the shooting ...
