In the early morning hours of March 18, 2015, the life of 21-year-old Joshua Andrew Martin, a White male, was tragically cut short in Huntington, West Virginia. Martin, a student at Marshall University, was found in the middle of Donald Avenue, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds to which he succumbed.

The investigation into the shooting led authorities to the nearby home of Micah LeMaster and Dr. Elizabeth Mott. It was revealed that earlier that morning, Mott was awakened by loud no ...
