Jalisa Abney, a 35-year-old entrepreneur and resident of Stone Mountain, Georgia, was fatally shot on May 1, 2024, at her place of business in Conley, Georgia. Abney was a hardworking individual who had served in the Army and owned two businesses: a trucking company and a tint company where she wrapped cars and applied window tint.
