Death by Force

On December 20, 2014, 22-year-old Fabiano Primitivo Aguiniga tragically lost his life in Des Moines, Iowa. According to police reports, Aguiniga accidentally shot himself in the face with a shotgun inside an apartment where five other individuals were present. Emergency responders arrived promptly, but Aguiniga succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
