On July 16, 2019, a tragic incident occurred in Des Moines, Iowa, resulting in the deaths of 29-year-old Rosibeth Flores-Rodriguez and her two children, 11-year-old Grecia Daniela Alvarado-Flores and 5-year-old Ever Jose Mejia-Flores. The suspect in this case is Marvin Oswaldo Escobar-Orellana, a 31-year-old Guatemalan man who had been living in the United States after being deported twice previously.
