In the early morning hours of April 25, 2022, the life of 36-year-old Dustin Frondle was tragically cut short in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. A call to the Joint Communications Agency just before 3:15 a.m. dispatched police officers to the intersection of 12th Avenue and Auburn Drive SW. There, they found Frondle in the street, suffering from a gunshot wound to his chest.
