Emmanuel Wayne Houston Jr., an 18-year-old African American male from Salisbury, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on February 20, 2025. Reports indicate that Salisbury Police responded to a shooting incident at a residence on Tilman Street in the early hours of the morning. Upon arrival, officers discovered Emmanuel Houston Jr. suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite emergency responders' efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
