Jeffrey Allen Ramsey Jr., a 24-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on August 12, 2017, in Salisbury, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the parking lot of the Three Stars Mini Mart, located at North Main and 11th streets. According to reports, Ramsey was in the passenger side of a vehicle when an argument ensued between him and Malik Eric Johnson, a 21-year-old African American male.
