In the quiet Salt Lake City suburb of Bluffdale, Utah, the morning of October 30, 1994, brought a horrific discovery that would shatter a family and trouble the community. Ten-year-old Alexis "Lexie" Martinez, a young girl, was found dead in her home alongside her stepmother, Lauren Martinez. Both had been shot while they were still in their beds.
