Zaire Luciano

Murdered

On September 5, 2021, at approximately 5:30 a.m., 30-year-old Zaire Raulin Luciano was fatally shot on Chamberlain Street in New Haven, Connecticut. Multiple 911 calls reported gunfire in the area between Chamberlain Place and Forbes Avenue. Upon arrival, officers found Luciano, who had been struck by gunfire, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
