In the early evening of February 22, 2022, tragedy struck in a Hartford, Connecticut home, leaving two brothers dead in a violent encounter. One of the victims was 47-year-old Charles Kelly. The incident unfolded just before 6 p.m. on Westminster Street, where police responded to a report of two individuals having been shot.
