Authorities believe he was engaged in a narcotics-related transaction with the occupants of a vehicle when a second car approached.
In a sudden and brutal onslaught, multiple shooters from the second vehicle unleashed a barrage of gunfire.
Responding to a notification from the ShotSpotter gunshot detection system, Hartford police officers arrived to a grim scene. They found Gaston lying in the roadway, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
