Cesar, along with his 19-year-old brother, Jonas Deaza-Escobar, were found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency medical aid was administered at the scene by the officers until paramedics arrived and transported both brothers to a local hospital, where they were tragically pronounced dead shortly after their arrival.
