On November 23, 2022, at approximately 1 a.m., Hartford police responded to a 911 call reporting a shooting inside a second-floor apartment on Barker Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered two brothers, 20-year-old Cesar Deaza-Escobar and 19-year-old Jonas Deaza-Escobar, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
