In the bright light of a Saturday morning in Hartford, Connecticut, the life of 33-year-old Hispanic male Eddie Hernandez was tragically cut short. On June 23, 2018, just before 10 a.m., police were called to Norwich Street where they found Hernandez on the sidewalk, suffering from a gunshot wound to his head.
