Murdered

On June 23, 2018, at approximately 10 a.m., 33-year-old Eddie Hernandez was fatally shot outside a bodega located at 63 Norwich Street in Hartford, Connecticut. Responding officers found Hernandez on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound to the head. He was transported to Hartford Hospital, where he was pronounced dead around 10:15 a.m. Investigators determined that Hernandez was targeted, and the incident was not random. There was no ShotSpotter activation at the scene.
