On February 21, 2014, at approximately 1:36 a.m., Pine Bluff Police Department officers responded to a 911 call reporting gunshots near the intersection of Saracen and Willow Streets in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Upon arrival, they discovered 36-year-old Taurus Goins deceased inside a parked vehicle, having suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head.
