In the summer of 2016, a quiet home in Taylor, Arkansas, became the scene of a tragedy that would end the life of Tami Renee Benson. On July 19, 2016, the 47-year-old White female was discovered at her residence, having been fatally shot. The Columbia County Sheriff's Office was called to the scene and immediately began an investigation into her death, treating it as a homicide.
