Death by Force

In the spring of 2022, the life of 49-year-old Keisha E. Utsey, a Black/African American woman, was tragically cut short. On April 20th, police responded to a call about a shooting at a residence on Alicia Court in the John Barrow neighborhood of Little Rock, Arkansas. Upon arrival, they discovered Utsey inside the home, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Her death marked the 21st homicide in the city that year.
